What’s your return policy?

Products purchased online at montresto.com can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt to receive a full refund. 

  • Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at: support@montresto.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
  • All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, 100% complete and in original packaging.
  • Exchanges are not supported at this time. Please return your original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
  • Once an order is shipped, the address may not be able to be changed. Montresto cannot offer refunds for packages shipped to an address that the customer does not have access to.

Once we have received your item, we will issue a refund within 3 business days. Credit will be applied to the form of payment used for the original purchase.

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at: support@montresto.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
